Scope: these terms apply to every order placed on this website. They are the preliminary information and the distance sales contract between the seller and the buyer (Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; Directive 2011/83/EU for buyers in the European Union). You accept them when you place an order.

Prices and payment: every price includes the taxes. The delivery price is shown at the checkout before you pay. You pay by bank card on the secure page of the bank. We never see or keep your card number.

Delivery: we hand the goods to the carrier within [number] working days after the payment and deliver them within 30 days at the latest. We deliver to the countries listed at the checkout. A service starts on the date we agree with you by email.

Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the purchase of goods within 14 days after you receive them, without a reason and without a penalty. Write to tugce@lebureaumaison.com before the 14 days end, then send the goods back within 10 days. We pay back the price and the delivery price within 14 days after we receive your notice, with the payment method you used. [Who pays for the return delivery.]

No right of withdrawal: goods made to your own order or personal needs, printed magazines and journals, and a service that we have started with your approval before the 14 days end.

Faulty goods: if the goods arrive damaged or faulty, write to us with a picture. We repair, replace or pay back the goods, as the law gives you the right to choose.

Personal data: we use your name, address, telephone number and email address only to deliver your order, to write the invoice and to answer you. The carrier and the bank receive only the data they need. See the legal notice for your rights (KVKK, Law No. 6698; GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Disputes: Turkish law applies. A buyer in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of the place where the buyer lives. [The seller's own place of jurisdiction, if any.]
